I’ve noticed that the majority of RAG and agent use cases are internal-facing (internal enterprise search, research, etc.). What I like about this case study collab with GymNation is they were able to deploy AI agents for a range of different external use cases and quantify

I saw an AI engineer today No cursor. No claude 3.5 sonnet. No aider. He just sat there. Coding without running an LLM every other minute. Like a psychopath.

I remain confused by the "GenAI is a dud" arguments. We have controlled experiments showing 20%-40% gains in real work using GenAI. Adoption rates are the fastest in history. There is value. I think what folks may mean is that "companies haven't captured the value created yet."

Here's who spends their free time doing, I don't know, DIY 🔨 and who, like me, studies and does a kind of DIY, if we want to call it that, but digital 💻. I bought the digital version of Sebastian Raschka 's latest book 📚 and the fresh-off-the-press paperback copy just arrived yesterday

Ollama prompt engineering interactive tutorial using Qwen 2.5 14B in progress! 3 chapters ready and more to come 🔥 This was inspired by Haiku tutorial by Anthropic, but Qwen model is simply to powerful (in math and logic) and I had to change few examples here and there.

I knew there was a risk that it could happen... My son, 13 months old, "has decided" that he wants to start his course of study in Artificial Intelligence...! Dad's pride 🫶🏼 😂😂😂

Rust is a great language for prototyping! Many people believe Python is better, so I collected a bunch of Rust tips for a pleasant developer experience: corrode.dev/blog/prototypi… #rustlang

(Yet) another tale of Rise and Fall: DeepSeek R1 is claimed to match o1/o1-preview on olympiad level math & coding problems. Can it handle versions of AIW problems that reveal generalization & basic reasoning deficits in SOTA LLMs? (arxiv.org/abs/2406.02061) 🧵1/n

I saw a developer today in a bar. A screen with Cursor. Another one with Claude Code. One more with OpenAI Codex. And one with VsCode + RooCode. He asked all 4 to do the same task. Changing models from time to time. Then git stash until he arrived at an acceptable solution. Like
