Something big happened yesterday! I got an official diagnosis of #ADHD ! This is something that's been known for a long time, but I'd never really been able to get the diagnosis to be medicated. I'm really excited to see where things go as I adjust to actually being treated!

Had my first appointment with my therapist today, and I already know that he is going to work well for me! He really met my energy, nade me feel comfortable immediately, and recognized my goals and how we achieve them! #MentalHealthMatters
