Effort is a form of respect. Not just for yourself or the coaches you play for, but for the game you play & for all those players who have come before you. Respect the game. Don’t slack. Don’t be indifferent. The effort you give is in direct proportion to the success you create!

Players rise or fall to the standard you enforce—not sometimes, every time. If finishing the drill is enough, that’s all they’ll give you. But if the expectation is max effort, full speed, & doing it right—they'll push themselves, and each other. That's the winning difference.
