Yesterday the jury returned a conclusion of misadventure contributed to by multiagency failings in Lauren’s inquest. The Coroner intends to make a report to prevent future deaths. We will continue to support the family to obtain justice for Lauren. bbc.co.uk/news/uk-englan…
