Hate how my brain works. I need help 😅 And lots of meds

Doctors are keeping a close eye on me and sending me for blood tests for a few issues I'm having. My mental health is at a huge low again. I feel more tired and drained than I've been in a long time. Trying to stay positive but also just so exhausted of faking it

I've had so many rejections in the last month and a half for shows I'm starting to take it personally 😂 not felt this rejected in a long time 😅

Also everything I'm posting on insta is flopping so fucking bad 😅

Nothing worse than constantly feeling alone and having no 'real' friends. Having to go through every day life barely having anyone to speak with fucking sucks. Too much time in my own head with my own thoughts.

I've only watched half the games live due to shooting shows, But this tournament feels so much different for England. We have been so below standard. But luck is falling our way. Have we deserved to be in the final? No. But still. Is this finally our year? I fucking hope so.

Leeds tonight for the first time in ages

Life has been absolutely manic Photographed my a league 2 match. Done a couple gigs, got some festivals lined up. Been sober for 3 months. Happy times
