You can’t change someone’s psychology by telling them to slow down. When faced with environments that are designed for fast driving and no pedestrians, people are going to drive fast and not look for pedestrians.

Thank you to our friends at @activetrans for partnering with us on our Pulaski traffic safety survey. We heard from over 500 of our southwest side neighbors, who sent a clear message: Speeding is out of control and we need urgent improvements to make Pulaski safer for everybody.
