Adriano Aguzzi If people started awarding EMBO postdoc fellowships based on these advanced technical skills instead of having published a Nature paper in 3-4 years of PhD (largely thanks to assistance of 2-3 techs), then maybe, just maybe, they’ll start investing the time.
