Worst customer service I’ve experienced yet. UPS UK wrong bill initially, recalculated and paid, delivery sent the wrong day, taken away and held to ransom, charged again even more money so I can have my parcel and serve my customers. Awful awful daylight robbery! WTF UPS 🤬
