Txiki leaving was expected by insiders apparently, as he has planning it for a while. But I would have much more preferred to see this after Pep's contract is resolved. Seeing some reports that Pep is on the way out, so I can't help but to see these things connected.

I do wonder if this also suggests the balance of the remaining Prem charges are likely to be resolved favorably, without encumbering the successive management.
