Thankyou RDaSH NHS FT for the free pie and peas and doughnut to celebrate the 75th #NHSBirthday. It took me a total of 7.5 minutes to eat it!
First time for a long time at Elland Road as a paying customer watching Leeds United in the #LEEBRC game. Great game and came away with 3 points!

Great CPD session today organised by YAS Academy and delivered by the fantastic @PhilDrummer64 on i-Gel insertion techniques & difficult airways. Always great to be refreshed and learn new skills that I can use in my clinical practice & pass on to others through my teaching.
Ambulance shift yesterday with a former student who I helped to teach on both her ECA and AAP course YAS Academy. It’s really important for me to do regular shifts to keep my clinical and decision making skills sharp. Before anyone asks, I didn’t wear one of each!
Today is the 10th anniversary of starting work with Yorkshire Ambulance. The job occasionally frustrates me to the core but in 10 years I have been funded through a #BSc and #PGCert worked with some inspirational people and helped to mentor many more.
