Over the past two weeks, 7A have stormed through Rainbow Reading with 13 students being awarded 16 certificates between them. Superb effort!

Following on from the success of 7A earlier today, 8K earned themselves 8 new certificates in Rainbow Reading. Sterling effort from everyone involved.

Just ordered for the library. The most popular female writer (in terms of borrowing) at the moment. Loved by adults and children alike.

Our Holocaust Memorial Day display was researched and designed by Library Monitor Captain, Amber (Yr 10) After learning about the Kindertransport in Discovery Lessons, Yrs 7 & 8 wrote a message to add to our tree. The tags commemorate the 10,000 children who were saved #HMD2022

Year 10 explored their creativity during English lessons by designing and producing board games linked to classical novels. Can you guess who the characters are from To Kill a Mockingbird?

Terry, the Librarian, has taken delivery of some new books for our students. All catalogued and ready for reading!

7A chose to split their team into boys and girls for our Learning to Learn Revision Blockbuster Quiz. Winning 2 out of the three games, the boys (with a few who had to leave in round 3 for cricket) did amazingly. The girls put on a tough fight and were great sports. 🏅🥳🧠
