Ghar Ke Kalesh Police in vishwaguru are basically "state certified goons" always ready to assault. They are literally dragging and assaulting 17 - 18 school going kids, which they pretty much excel in. But god forbid if you ever demand a basic policing during riots they become headless chicken.
