In the story economy, the currency isn’t dollars or euros but attention, belief and the ability to make people see themselves as part of something.

Advice I'd give younger self: Don't aim for happiness, peace or success. Aim for aliveness. Make decisions based on what makes you feel the most alive behind your eyes. And if you achieve aliveness regularly, common side effects include happiness, peace and success.

Biographies serve as a constant reminder of the passage of time. If we are lucky, we will make the journey from youth to old age. This happens quicker than we might want. If there are things we want to do, we must get on with them now.

You should come out of the gate strong. Most people dance around for years, they hold back, and operate very cautiously... But why not give it all you've got? You will move fast, die fast, or learn fast.

Get to the point where it gets hard. Then keep going. That's all you must do. The difference between winners and losers is simply persistence. You can't lose if you refuse to quit.

Become obsessed with speed. Act faster. Move faster. Work hard faster. Fail and retry faster. Make decisions faster. Live so fast that you live multiple lives.
