Safexpress Appalling customer service. Call number 1: wait time - 8 minutes. The agent didnt even listen to my problem. updated the status of my parcel and just cut the call. After waiting so long! Call number 2: wait time - 16 minutes. The agent just cut my call in 20 secs.
