Liz Soeiro's *excellent* #MSLA2021 session "After the Audit" poses many important questions connected to a library diversity audit. These two stood out for me: "What does 'diverse' mean to me? How does my identity affect what I value and judge as 'diverse'?"

I'm impressed with the examples and level of student engagement & reflection shared by Ariel Dagan during his #MSLA2021 session "Using game based learning to get students to access books and online resources that students would have not accessed on their own."

Michelle Raszi's #MSLA2021 session "Cultivating Understanding with Compassionate Communication" provided a good opportunity for self-reflection about how we feel about and discuss social justice.

Thanks to the generosity of DEF_Dedham, school librarians will be distributing FREE books to Dedham children during free food pickup on Wednesdays. Board books to early readers, middle grade to YA, graphic novels, fiction, nonfiction, & books in Spanish. Please spread the word!

Not only did we offer free books with free food, but we staffed the giveaway with librarians to best match books with readers. Perfect for the parents who arrived without their children! #Books&Bites
