Sen. Steve Nass says he's willing to hold up the state budget to get the cuts he seeks, including to the UW System. He and Sen. Kapenga have openly criticized this budget, and the Senate GOP can only afford to lose one member. "If it doesn't get done 'til August, life goes on."
