Hi tuiuk. At this present time I'm at Majorca airport waiting to fly back to London Gatwick. Flight reference is TOM4231. About 200 of us have been stuck in this airport for about 9 hours now. They opened a little area for us to stand in for some fresh air but there is no space

To anyone/everyone who was on the tuiuk flight TOM4231 to Gatwick (held I'm departures for 14 hours with poor air quality and poor customer service). I'm thinking of taking this higher, Covid for 1 but also human rights act, we were held captive for 14 hours!! #TOM4231
