Of course Iran is targeting civilians in Israel. Why would they behave any differently than the terror proxies they fund like Hamas & the Houthis? No surprise fake NGOs, fake IHL “experts” and usual Israel-haters are running cover for Iran. Further exposing exactly who they are.
