The movie Lord of War, starring Nicholas Cage, was primarily based on him, Viktor Bout, a Russian arms dealer known as the “Merchant of Death”. The movie (x.com/AimThaMachine_…) didn't even capture all he did and the war crimes he committed in Africa.
