In reality, we might need to have the skills to fall gracefully without hurting ourselves too much. More than 75% of senior emergencies are due to falls causing sometimes life threatening injuries. We should not neglect this skill.😊

We should be able to practice with everyone. When black belts practice with white belts, it motivates and inspires the white belts to practice. And when sensei practices with the beginners, the experience is magical.
