An unusual cytologic pattern (trabecular or single file "vertebral bodies-like") of a metastatic "Fibrolamellar Hepatocellular Carcinoma" in pleural fluid of a young boy. This diagnosis would have been impossible without the previous history and subsequent IHC confirmation.
