I was wondering whether Grayscale was going to do this. The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and Gary Gensler have approved a #Bitcoin Futures ETF, a #BTC Short ETF and a #BTC Leveraged ETF but denies a #BTC Spot ETF because it can be manipulated. Genlser is a bad faith regulator. Period.
