Kenya's NUMBER 1 PROBLEM IS CORRUPTION and WANTON THEFT of PUBLIC FUNDS...everything else ni maneno ndogo ndogo. FIX CORRUPTION, and you fixed 99% of Kenya's problems. Address maneno ndogo ndogo (i.e., affordable housing, SHIF, roads, dams, universities finance model, revenue
