Stan PyMC Developers https://bayes.club/@pymc and ArviZ are in the process of applying for a NASA grant and what would be GREAT is if anyone has used these libraries in anything NASA related, to tell us about it. Beside likely being cool, it will help with the grant application. Comment below

Agustina Arroyuelo does a great job showcasing the entire scientific process and Bayesian workflow. Watch this even if you're not a fluent Spanish speaker as its a masterclass in how to put together a technical presentation that's compelling in any language

What's the state of the art these days for constructing rotamer libraries for nonstandard amino acids? I used to use a method based on doi.org/10.1039/c0cp01…, but it was very hands-on, involving fitting forcefield terms. Anything both accurate and mostly automated?

Fellow Bayesians, help us with some ad hoc user research Which plots and diagnostics have you used? Which ones have you not but want to learn? Which ones have you stopped using? As much as we care about the math and code we care about your thoughts! arviz-devs.github.io/arviz/examples…

ArviZ is not just a code library. Its also a knowledge library of statistical ideas and their applications which makes docs just as important as code You can help make the ArviZ docs better by sharing your experience using the form below. docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAI…

A couple of years ago I published dataset with Sci-Hub downloads from 2017: web.archive.org/web/2018012017… after that some guy downloaded my dataset and posted in on Zenodo (Zenodo) Now the dataset is cited in papers as HIS dataset, not Elbakyan's dataset: zenodo.org/record/1158301
