Thank you Journeywomen Podcast® for a great conversation! journeywomenpodcast.com/episode/relati…
This from P&R Publishing by Ellen Dykas just came yesterday! Can't wait to read it - Ellen is one of those thinkers who never misfires and a communicator who is always clear. Short chapters, great looking balance of comfort and challenge to grow.
This forward by @rayortlund to Trevin Wax book "The multi-directional leader" might be the best forward I have ever read. I can't imagine how good the book will be if such a forward is fitting and relevant to the content. Thank you to you both already.
Thanks Faith&Films for a great conversation about Untangling Emotions! You asked some questions I've never been asked. Looking forward to talking emotions and movies someday 😜. youtu.be/p1ujeJPKOtA
Just saw this from Brad Hambrick. bradhambrick.com/schoolviolence/ on responding to school shootings. I'm always so thankful for biblical counselors tackling the most awful and immediate things we face. Can't wait to look through this.
Just finished The Church as a Culture of Care (newgrowthpress.com/the-church-as-…) by Dale Johnson from New Growth Press. A compelling case for soul rich care in the church! My copy is covered in highlights. Thank you for this picture of what the church can be...and often is!
thegospelcoalition.org/blogs/trevin-w… Thank you for digging into the problem underneath the problem Trevin Wax ! Well said!
desiringgod.org/articles/dear-… thank you Scotty Smith ! Every pastor should read this whether it is proactive or reactive.
Great stuff, Jeremy Pierre! As a father of 2 daughters and as a counselor, you've given a great gift. Thanks The Gospel Coalition for publishing this. thegospelcoalition.org/article/daught…
Enjoying this definition of God’s love from Heath Lambert “his commitment based on who he is to delight in you, to give you wonderful things, and to protect you from harm.”
