The path from Greendykes Road to the hospital has been closed and ripped up by Persimmon even though the planning permission explicitly states details of rerouting need to be agreed before ‘commencement of development’. We need to protect rights of way.

Complete disregard for planning conditions, active travel routes (to the hospital), and local people by persimmonhomes
