From an Instagram AMA, here’s another explanation of what Mallee talked about on his MLB Network piece about posture. I see far too many swings that land in a launch position grooved to the low pitch. They land with excessive side bend and a diving head.

Forgot to mention the .625 batting average and his other home run was a three run homer! Keep it going!
