World Bank Africa Jean Bosco Iyacu Central Bank of Rwanda Development Bank of Rwanda, PLC. CEO Kampeta Pitchette Sayinzoga underlined that by signing the WE Finance Code, they are committing to influencing financial service providers to go beyond helping women to access existing products, but design specific products that respond to the needs of women.
