People in public health have gone through more indoctrination than almost any group. While they are entitled to their opinion, no individual should suffer or be subjected by force or law or have their taxpayer funds used to push any of their indoctrination. Simply boycott

To give you an idea of how expensive cloud has gotten, I picked up a server off FB marketplace today for $500. 128Gb of RAM and a 1Tb SSD. It will cost about $6/month in electricity to run it. An equivalent server in AWS would cost $950/mo. so I'll have payback in two weeks.

I’m tired. Everything I love about software: craft, care, community is being gutted. AI slop PRs for airdrops. Fake activity to juice metrics for retro funding. DAO politics and governance favors. OSS reduced to a game of farming points and politics. Crypto didn’t liberate

🚨 Quick Discord Security alert: • Hackers are hijacking expired Discord invite links and pointing them to fake servers that push malware. * This is done via using the Vanity link option to hijack randomized links that are expired. • The rogue server shows a single “verify”

With a life sentence, wanting things to be different was incredibly frustrating and painful some days. In this speech, I share what I learned in prison about desire and how, by giving it up, I eventually got what I wanted most: my freedom.

🚨 Hackers are using Microsoft Teams to pwn people and steal their crypto. The attack is deceptively simple and relies on social engineering as well as malware. They've already stolen millions of dollars from both project founders and normal users. How it works🧵

Cointelegraph Google is building payments infrastructure on someone Ethereum rails and with external liquidity (Coinbase for now). It’s aggregation game. Google is doing what it does best and does it right: positioning itself as the middleman between users and value. Open source here =

The Oct 11 Crypto Crash — What Really Happened TL;DR: Roughly $60–90M of $USDe was dumped on Binance, along with $wBETH and $BNSOL, exploiting a pricing flaw that valued collateral using Binance’s own order-book data instead of external oracles. That localized depeg triggered

Prediction markets are maturing. A cottage industry of forecasters is emerging, but the tooling is not there. I’ve been prototyping some of these sharp tools like advanced order types, activity tracking, cross-venue routing, etc. for myself. If you are building here, DMs open.
