We remember and honor the 13 American service members killed in a suicide bombing at Kabul Airport's Abbey Gate three years ago. They gave their lives so Americans & Afghan allies could escape the chaos that day. Their sacrifice is immeasurable. Thinking of their families today.

Last Wednesday, #AfghanEvac sat down in the Roosevelt Room with Dr. Liz Sherwood Randall to talk about shared successes and ongoing challenges. A dozen speakers shared the ups and downs of this work over the last three years while over 200 attendees observed.
