More on the Blair Mayne VC Campaign from Peter Martin Of course, there are records, and we're certain they will prove the VC needs to be awarded, and a wrong put right. Watch this space. Share widely. Spread the word. 🙏

Allison Pearson The Telegraph Buried in this article is that it cost the man 30k in legal fees to defend his case (that he's a child) which the tax payer has to pay for. 6 x Brits got up every day for a year, paid their tax ... which has been entirely mopped up by this one case. The madness must end.

My wife wanted a vacation in London, but after I showed her this video, she changed her mind. Now I need to think of another destination. Any recommendations?

Renowned economist Prof Gordon Hughes has today done what Ed Miliband refuses to do: lay bare the costs of decarbonising the grid by 2030. Mindless Milibandism will make electricity £25 billion more expensive, adding £900 to the cost of living for every household (1/3).

Britain’s state-backed weather & climate service has been up to some astonishing things. And at the center of it all? One woman most have probably never heard of. Penelope Endersby, chief executive of the Met Office. Her agency’s actions might leave you speechless. Thread 🧵

This is really important - you can check it all on entitled.com. Obviously in an ideal world.. everyone should have a high income. But not in many worlds should non workers have significantly higher effective incomes than workers.

💣 This is the unexploded bomb shell from todays OBR. 💥 The 300 pages of job destroying Employment Rights Bill has NOT been reflected in today’s forecasts. When that is - and bear in mind not a single employer supports that Bill - it can only mean further downgrades. 📉

Lucy Connolly says women at HMP Drake Hall committed serious crimes allowed home on tag/ROTL to see kids/sick partnersz Lucy’s daughter is spiralling, husband has blood cancer. Yet they won’t give Lucy the leave she’s been entitled to since November. How can that be justified?

What's making UK's electricity right now? Gas (orange) 64% 'Wind power' - apparently the future of our energy just 4% That's 1/16th of the gas output. And we can wind gas up and down as we choose With wind we just get what the Weather Gods send us

The total spend on this project is £12.5m. With a £15k per year saving and 0.4% per year efficiency degradation it would take 23 years to break even. By which point you would need to replace them.

Here's Starmer, Lammy and Miliband (cowering at the back) on their Awayday to Azerbaijan. A 5,000 mile round trip by jet plane So that Keir could give a speech about NetZero to a deserted Climate Conference..and no doubt to condemn ordinary folks for flying away on holiday
