Yesterday, I cried in the King Soopers/City Market News parking lot for a half hr before I mustered the courage to walk in. Our community has endured tragedy upon tragedy upon tragedy, and sometimes it’s just too much. It’s ok not to be ok right now. Friends, you are not alone!

I logged into Twitter to acknowledge the 2 yr anniversary of the shooting at our nhood grocery store. Instead, I learned that there has been ANOTHER shooting Denver East High School where dear friends are waiting to be reunited with their kids. This country is broken & I fucking hate guns.
