Tonight, a drive-in commitment ceremony is taking place for dozens of #HISD students who are enrolled in the dual credit, two-year construction certification program with Houston City College called the MAREK (MAREK) Construction Academy. @HoustonCCR #HISDLaunchYourFuture

The district’s partnership with Houston City College & MAREK provides students free construction certifications via HISD's construction CTE program. Tonight, students received commendations from executive leadership and then made their way to the stage to sign their commitment forms.
