One of the easiest ways to build mental toughness is Running. Go for fucking a run. Aim for km you think you can't finish. You'll hack the brain. There'll be times where you want to quit, but you'll just keep going and that exactly the moment toughness is built. A cheat code💯

Easiest way to do 300 push ups in 27mins or Less. Get a bench or 2 bricks. You will do 3 sets of 10 each time. 10 flat push ups. 10 incline push ups. 10 Decline push ups. That's 30 per set. Then do 10 sets. Put timer on. 7 mins = R100 push ups. #Winners🧠

New hack discovered. There's this game I love playing. Apparently it takes lot of my time. So I did a brain hack to control the situation. 10 push ups = 1 minute granted for gaming. So, to enjoy 10mins of Gaming, I need to do 100 push ups. Fucking Great Hack. #Winners🧠

Make sure you do the right things on Sunday. Eat well, don't overeat, sleep well, avoid alcohol. Do a bit of gym for stamina and energy. Pray. Fast. I'm telling you Mondays are fantastic. You'll start to appreciate and enjoy them. The Weekend decides the Monday. #mindset
