Q2: The experience that changed me the most was training and becoming good friends with an advisor & alum from our wheelchair basketball team. It really opened my eyes to ableism. #acadv

Q3: Our office is moving from Enrollment Management to Student Success. I know that it will bring about more opportunities to teach and train advisors and I'm excited. #acadv

Q4: We had something like this come up in a organization that had a committee for WOC and one for diversity. Some of the org members couldn't understand why we needed both committees. That was frustrating. #acadv

Q5: Typically, my office or the Dean of Students' Office will advocate for policy/procedure change(s) and we have been successful. Still plenty of work to do, but we try to cut out all the middlemen. #acadv

FT: I see it more and more from students. We're the 5th most diverse university in the country & it's beautiful to see how much they really want to work with each other, learn more about each other, & advocate for each other. 😍 #acadv
