Yes, LDN helps people. So do things like ivabradine, mestinon, beta blockers, JAK/STAT inhibitors, etc. I don't believe these things should be used without treating the root cause at the same time. That's the real issue. For me, pacing, beta blockers, and Guanfacine absolutely
