I remember this by Camilla Tominey. I didn't comment, but stellacreasy blocked me for some reason. It has taken two years, and some brave women have had to fight hard, but J.K. Rowling can at last issue the riposte: âStella Creasy is wrong in law â a woman with a penis is a man.â

âI've seen the legacy of sectarian religious politicsâ Indeed, the video circulating in High Wycombe exhorting Muslims to vote for anti-Israel Muslim council candidates, warning âDon't sell your soul as Allah sees everythingâ, constitutes undue spiritual influence. It is illegal.

This is quite interesting philosophically, on the ontology of biology. Is what constitutes âwomanâ different from that which constitutes âbiological womanâ? And what constitutes âbiologyâ in that category? Clearly, as with feminism, opinions differ within (shared?) âwomanhoodâ.

.Shelagh Fogarty asks for evidence of this, and she's given an anecdote. Philosophy is about reflecting and reasoning. There isn't an undergrad mark scheme which penalises a line of argument. Whether gender-ideological or gender-critical, the focus is on reasoning and evaluation.

I find it extraordinary, in the wake of this week's UK Supreme Court judgment, that I haven't heard BBC News (UK) or Channel 4 News interview anyone from For Women Scotland, whose victory it was. Thank you @GBNews Camilla Tominey (and your producer) for securing their Director, Susan Smith.
