Walang growth sa comfort zone. Kung hindi ka nahihirapan, baka hindi ka nagle-level up.

Hindi lahat ng magaling, consistent. Pero ang consistent, laging may future.

Talent can get attention, but discipline builds careers. Kung wala kang respeto sa rehearsal, huwag mong asahan ang respeto sa stage.

Kung may nagsabing pangit ang tunog mo, huwag tumigil. I-improve mo lang ang craft. #MusicalDirector

Hindi ka tamad—minsan takot ka lang sa susunod na level ng sarili mo. Pero tandaan mo: walang growth na mangyayari kung lagi kang mananatili sa komportableng lugar. Gawin mo pa rin kahit may kaba—doon nagsisimula ang pag-angat. #MusicalDirector
