helpdesk_delhivery Samsung India Samsung Electronics dear team I ordered side by side refrigerators on 27th June 24 from samsung online platform. Samsung promised me for delivery by 1st July 24. My product was delivered by delhivery. I checked my product delivery

status and it shows my product reached my home town on 29th June and the expected delivery date is 30th June. Today is the 10th of July but my product is not delivered yet. I wait everyday for delivery because ur tracking app shows as ur product will be delivered by today.

In my home no one lives the whole day at home. So I will not plan any office visit also due to this because I don't know when my order is delivered. Right now we don't have any refrigerator in our home. it's the summer season and we can't do anything because we trust Samsung.

Now I feel helpless and my fault is that I can only trust on samsung commitment date. Still I don't know what I can do. I reached multiple times on samsung customer care and delhivery customer care but they also don't know about the product status.

Delhivery customer care doesn't know about how to talk with customers and how to respond to them. Pls deliver my product ASAP and I want compensation as inconvenience caused by you to me. My Samsung order no is 33334493589 nd AWB id is 23760712479116. My contact no is 9166014821
