For more than 8 election circles now, the votes from Southeast does not determine who becomes the President of Nigeria. That is how irrelevant that region has become.

Any candidate that isn’t willing to go through this process is not serious about defeating the President next year. If you can’t canvass your supporters to get them out now, you won’t defeat BAT next year.

Actually, everything was going well with the coalition until Kwankwaso joined them last two weeks or so. Btw, Kwankwaso met with Tinubu a number of times before joining the coalition. The more you look, the less you see. I see Tinubu hands everywhere. Political lessons ahead.

I hope we get to a point where candidates invest more than half of their efforts in data. I think only a few do so. Data doesn’t guarantee anything but at least helps in decision making. You still need narrative, resources and structure to get over the line.

As a politician, don’t surround your self with people who can’t win their polling units and wards. Surround your self with political realists and those that are on ground.

I don’t think you guys understand. The office of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, gives near absolute power. Then when you put a megalomaniac on that seat, one who only knows how to play politics, you’re supposed to come correct if you plan to unseat him.

Kwankwaso deserves whatever Atiku and his supporters in ADC say about him. He is everything they are accusing him of. The history is there; in 2019, he betrayed Atiku Abubakar.

If Kwankwaso and Obi leave this coalition to chase shadows then, Congratulations to Tinubu for a second term at the detriment of all Nigerians. History will remember those who decided to hand Nigerians over to these monsters again after a broad national coalition was

Nobody is winning a presidential election against Mr Tinubu with a new mushroom party. I don’t care how popular you think you are , it won’t happen ! If you understand Nigeria’s election You would realize it’s not solely a popularity contest . Never about that alone ! Ever !

So, Kwankwaso is leaving the ADC. This is shocking to me. He joined the ADC, and now he’s splitting the party? If you think Peter Obi and Kwankwaso can vote Tinubu out, then think again. This is pure selfishness and has nothing to do with the interests of the people.

Hahha Mr Peter Obi knows in his heart he was never going to participate in a direct primaries becuase he knows he can’t win. You can’t force consensus, if one out of 15 aspirants don’t agree then the process becomes void. Obi should contest in ADC primaries and don’t leave.
