I spoke to a student yesterday and he told me that they (LAUTECH medical students) are already making peace with the fact that resumption may not be till January 2026, by which time it will be at least 5 months of strike (for some, more). Can't even say hw I feel😢 Seyi Makinde

Ladoke Akintola University of Technology aren’t you even ashamed? “Best state university in the country” but your medical school has been shut down for four months and you’re not doing anything about it. Not a single post on the school’s pages. Your radio silence is deafening. It’s infuriating.

A landmark attained in the wrong direction is a landmine. We're walking a dangerous path. 4 months spent outside the classroom for students meant to be in school because the school Ladoke Akintola University of Technology and State Oyo State Government won't do the needful is shameful at best.
