With a promise to pay beneficiaries of the Federal Government grant on April 19,2004,and the subsequent failure to do so, it is surprising that no official statement has been issued by Hon (Dr) Doris Nkiruka Uzoka-Anite MD,CFA as to why the chunk of beneficiaries were not paid. I hope this is an oversight.
