Broken Promises & a Betrayed Community,Tullow Oil’s Legacy in Turkana When Tullow Oil began operations in Lokichar,it brought with it promises of development,jobs & a better future for the people of Turkana Hopes soared as communities envisioned improved livelihoods #Women4RE
