It really unbelievable how service people have become. There is just no politeness and courtesy for customers. Mostly I run into people who are too busy with their phones to take an extra step to help someone. So aggravating!!

My anxiety is through the roof right now. I tried to not take my medication today and just breath…then the sweats, heartbeat and dry heaves came on. I thought I was gonna have a heartache. I wish this would be easier.

Sometimes I feel so ashamed and embarrassed because of my mental health issues. People judge and it hurts cause you feel so alone!

As much of a mess my life is, some things I did by self medicating and others, well are just a parts that I hate and make me so sad. So many missed chances of happiness.

The justice system in this country when it comes to mental health is disgusting. If u have mental health issues and end up getting arrested for a crime, it’s goners. There is absolutely no MH recognition or the chance to rehabilitate.
