When starting up a business, people usually think about getting capital when they should be looking for information about their business plan & market. Uganda has one of the highest rate of startups & also a high rate of failure. This is because people do not do enough research.

Stay clear of the herd mentality. Why should you do it just because everyone else is doing it? There’s no need to fit in. Let society say you’re the odd one out. Remember, at the end of the day, it’s better to walk alone than with a crowd headed in the wrong direction!
