Three of our athletes competed at the Special Olympics State Tennis Tournament and we are proud to announce they all brought home gold and silver medals! Cornell Wilson won his second silver, Vernita Brown won her first silver, and Okema Smith won her first gold medal!

We truly enjoyed participating in the Chicago ParkDistrict Annual Golden Games events. The games showcase athletes 45+ years old with intellectual disabilities who compete in bowling, basketball, archery, adaptive bikes, track and field, flag football, and soccer.
