Anxiety. Seemed to have gotten worst in my later years as I am venturing more into the work Iv always wanted to do. But I’m deciding to face it and not let it drive me. Focus on myself, a day at a time, an hour at a time. Will be sharing more about this here. Deep breath

I used to be scared of dark, especially this one door under my house stairs, and even more if it was left unclosed. Fear of the unknown can be crippling, but it can also be exciting. I can only ‘know’ so much, the rest is there to be learned. #anxiety

Bein mixed, never was truly Malay at home, never fully white when overseas. Spent way too much energy trying to fit in and be accepted. I am who I am most of the time though, and that works out just fine. Gonna remember that now #anxiety
