Last night on The Problem With Jon Stewart, we heard stories from moms describing how the #ChildTaxCredit helped them pay off medical expenses, cover school supplies, even move to better housing. Jon Stewart's frustration is fitting if Congress cannot renew this essential cash program for kids.
