Thank you ⁦Arkansas Soccer⁩ for hosting the player ID camp. The workouts were challenging and the Q & A with the players and coaches was very informative. Conner learned so much and held her own against some of the top high school players in the southeast.

Some corner kicks, dribbling, bands and pushups this morning. Conner even got big brother to come workout with us.

Great time was had at the 2nd annual Greatest Beer Ruck of all time. Some miles were rucked, some beers and water were drank and many laughs were had. F3 F3SWT

How do you celebrate your friends accomplishments? My daughter Conner went to watch a good friend Khole play soccer. Khole played great and scored a goal. Conner ran on the field to celebrate and encourage her after game. Go encourage and celebrate someone else’s wins today.
