Evening check on the bottle lambs- growing strong on the automatic lamb feeder. Amazing what we can do now that we have electricity. These are triplet-born lambs: leaving two lambs on the ewe out on pasture, and one goes on the machine, so everyone gets the feed they need.

Winter bale grazing fenceline. Flock urine, manure and “waste” hay, put to best use at minimum cost. It’s a helluva boost to the landscape. A high impact, long rotation gift to the land. Need more animals next winter to cover more land!
